Evergreen Family Chiropractic is located inside Danko's at 395 Oak Hill Road, Mountain Top PA 18707. When driving to your appointment, please look for the Danko's sign with "Enter Here," as the parking lot is a one way. Once inside, make a left at the front desk, continue left through the lobby, and find EFC's office on the right. If the door is closed, it means I am with a patient and you can feel free to take a seat in the lobby.
